Who we are

What we collect
When you request an offer (either the homepage contact form or the cart at/cart), we collect: your name, email, company and phone number (phone/company optional), the items or brief you submitted, and any reference file you choose to attach.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your request for a quote (legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use this data for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our Directus instance (self-hosted database and file storage). Uploaded reference files are stored alongside the enquiry record. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting order, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Cookies
This site does not currently set analytics or marketing cookies. Your enquiry cart is stored only in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device until you submit it.
