1. Scope
These terms apply to enquiries submitted via this website to Studio Oli, tiskarski obrt (“Studio Oli”), for production/fabrication services and Joma sportswear. This site does not process payments or place binding orders directly — every submission is a request for quote (RFQ), not a purchase.
2. How an enquiry becomes an order
Submitting the cart or contact form sends your request to Studio Oli. We will respond with a written quote covering price, lead time and specifications. A binding order/contract is only formed once you accept that quote in writing (email or signed offer) — submitting the form alone does not create a contract or payment obligation.
3. Accuracy of your submission
You are responsible for the accuracy of the specifications, quantities and reference files you provide. Custom/production work is quoted based on what you submit; changes after a quote is accepted may affect price and lead time.
4. Joma product information
Joma product listings, sizes and “from” prices are indicative. Team/club pricing is quoted individually. Availability is confirmed at the quote stage, not at the time you submit an enquiry.
